Orlando, 15, has cerebral palsy and is unable to attend public schools. Emmanuel's Heart was able to provide housing and work for his needy family and a tutor for Orlando. With his tutor Orlando was able to begin learning how to read as well as improve his speech. Orlando now attends a special program that provides training in various skills for individuals with special needs.
