Partnership in Women's Ministries (PWM)
Partnership in Women's Ministries (PWM) was created by Emmanuel's Heart (EHI) as a legally recognized Guatemalan association. EHI and PWM hold joint board meetings, have some overlapping board members, and work hand in hand to address the issues of women in crisis in Guatemala. For this reason you will often see EHI/PWM referred to together. We strive to fill more than 50% of our PWM board positions with local Guatemalans in an effort to make culturally appropriate decisions and give program ownership to the Guatemalan people. Our primary joint partnership at this time is running our women's abuse shelter, El Refugio.

Weaving Hope Ministry
WEAVING HOPE believes it will have its greatest impact if, at all times, we seek to come alongside Guatemalans who can be enabled and empowered to carry on the vision of this ministry as a native people. The three focuses we have are with ACHC (Association of Christian Hospitals and Clinics), Light and Life School in Salquil Grande and our involvement with PWM.

Shield of Faith (Escudo de Fe)
Shield of Faith serves the Mayan K'iche people in the highland region of Totonicapan. Their multi-faceted ministry includes Bible teaching, Bible translation, radio ministry, Sunday school, building homes for widows, installing water filters and ONIL stoves, and raising up and sending out Guatemalan missionaries.
Col 1:28a "Proclaim Him"- Jesus. That is the focus in all we do. Sharing the love of God opens up many opportunities to serve the people in our area. We believe "love God, love on another" and help people be prepared to serve as God calls them to in different jobs and also in different areas of Guatemala and other parts of the world.
